How cold is the water?
The published operating range is 33–38°F. Warmer temperatures can be requested for large group events.
How long is an appointment?
Appointment time is scheduled at 15 minutes per person. Payment is processed at the appointment.

How do I book?
Book by text, phone call, or email. Text is the fastest option for same-day appointment requests.
Where are appointments available?
Personal appointments are available in Orange, Anaheim Hills, Yorba Linda, and Villa Park. Group and event appointments are available throughout Orange County. A $30 fee applies to group locations more than 15 miles from Orange, California.

Before entering the water
How should I prepare?
Shower before the appointment and refrain from using lotion. A towel will be provided. Always enter sober, go feet first, keep your head above the water, breathe, and allow time to rewarm afterward.
Should I consult a physician first?
Cold water immersion may not be appropriate for everyone and may interact with some medications or health conditions. The Ice Well does not provide medical advice. Consult your physician before participating if you are pregnant, taking medication, managing a health condition, or otherwise unsure whether cold water immersion is appropriate for you.
